SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Expect an email within to let you know once your order has shipped.

TRANSIT TIME: Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using USPS regular mail and Priority Mail.  When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking  information.  Please allow the USPS 3 to 7 days for delivery.

 FLAT RATE SHIPPING:  We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.40 for all orders shipping to states inside the USA. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 by using the code FREESHIP75 at checkout.

 We currently do not ship outside of the USA at this time.   

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: If yourentered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please email twofoxesshop@gmail.com as soon as possible.  If your order has already shipped we may not be able to correct this in time, so please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund orders that have incorrect shipping addresses.

T-SHIRTS, CAPS, AND FINE ART PRINTS /POSTERS: These items are printed just for you upon placing your order, therefore they are shipped separately from your order, if you have purchased other items as well. Please note because it is printed just for you, it will take a bit longer to deliver it to you, so expect an extra week, at least.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All requests for returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs and the shipping costs for the return.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return.

Please email twofoxesshop@gmail.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange. 

 *PLEASE NOTE THAT T-SHIRTS and ART PRINTS ARE PRINTED UPON ORDER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED* Additionally, Final Sale items may not be returned. Final Sale is marked in the items title.

 DAMAGED ORDERS: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at twofoxesshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via email.
