• If you need to change or update your order please email us immediately and we will do what we can to help get it updated.

    You can view order status on your account page, if you made at account, will be updated every step of the way. If you did not set up an account be sure to check your email and spam folder, as emails are sent out to give you updates on your order, once it ships and when it is in transit.

  • We currently ship to states within the USA and Puerto Rico. Currently we do not ship outside of the USA.

  • We currently offer a flate rate shipping fee of $10.40 on all orders up to $75 and FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75, just use the code FREESHIP75 at checkout.

    We ship through the USPS.

  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. Expect an email to let you know once your order has shipped.

    Orders usually take about 3 to 7 days to arrive.

    *T-shirts, Art Prints, and Caps are printed just for you at the time of your order and therefore will ship separately. Please also note that because they are made just for you it will take a week or more for these items to be shipped.

  • If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email twofoxesshop@gmail.com as soon as possible.  If your order has shipped we may not be able to correct this in time, so please double check your shipping address at checkout.

  • All requests for returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs and the shipping costs for the return.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return.

    Please email twofoxesshop@gmail.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange. 

     PLEASE NOTE THAT T-SHIRTS and ART PRINTS ARE PRINTED UPON ORDER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED Additionally, Final Sale items may not be returned. Final Sale is marked in the items title.

     DAMAGED ORDERS: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at twofoxesshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.  If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via email.
